Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot update my system. I am getting an Error Code 0x800f083, every time I install the cumulative update KB4551762

That error message indicates that, at best, Windows Update has become corrupted and if that is all that has happened, you might be able to fix that by resetting Windows Update as follows:  https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/24742-reset-windows-update-windows-10-a.html
