Hi,
Did you prep hard drive?
You can follow HP expert erico's suggestion here for SSD from command prompt using another PC (applies to your HDD too): https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/How-do-I-upgrade-my-notebook-t...
After preparing, clean install Windows 10 Home by creating UEFI bootable installation USB using Microsoft windows media creation tool, if you've already upgraded and successfully activated Windows 10 previously or if your laptop came with Windows 10 from factory
