Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)
I restored my HP 255 G3 laptop to original factory settings. Once the restoration was complete, the computer restarted, but every time it boots back up and begins to install windows, a window pops up stating that an error was encountered during installation. I click on "ok" and the whole problem repeats.
