Hi
My laptob was with orginal windows 10 .

I make format , after that i lose windows key .

How i can find my old key

With the newer PCs, the product key is embedded into the UEFI firmware of the motherboard and is not printed on any sticker on the PC.

HP keeps no records of individual product keys associated with individual PCs, so they can not provide you the key.

You have to be able to boot into Windows or WinPE to run a utility to recover the key.

You should use this link to create Win10 installation media: Installing Windows 10 using the media creation tool - Windows Help

Then, boot into the media.  Once there, you should see if you can download and install this utility to recover the key: Showkey - Windows 10 Forums
