What is the exact full model name of your laptop?
http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00033108
Did this laptop come with Windows 8.1 pre installed? I see that you've upgraded to Windows 10 (from your desktop picture), is it the case?
Upgrading to Windows 10 from 8/8.1 will render HP recovery partition inoperable.
Have you created recovery USB/DVD after first setup of this laptop?
Have you tried doing factory reset by tapping f11 as soon as you power on laptop?

Hi,
Here is the full model link.
http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-15-r100-Notebook-PC-series/7234951/model/7532023
and here are the specification of the product.
I did not have upgrade to windows 10, indeed it is on windows 8.1 x64bits. When I first purchase this product. when I turned on this meachine it automatically installed it windows and I did not see any of the recovery option.
I did not try the last process.

Please try the last method I posted.
If that doesn't work, you've to either buy HP recovery USB for your model from HP or you can clean install Windows 8.1 x64 using Microsoft windows media creation tool.
You should've created HP recovery USB after first setup of this laptop using HP recovery manager. No consumer laptops of any brand come with recovery discs/USB for many years now.
