Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

During Changing Account my laptop is formated due to my mistate (Full formated). Now I want toknow how can I know my OE product Key &  I want to use my new account with last windows 10 pro 64X updated during updates. Please inform us in this matter.On my old account it was updated to Windows 10 Pro 64X & works fine also all this happened during changing my account with new one.

As long as the HP key wasn't cleared in the BIOS, all should be well. It should still be there.

 

Did you make recovery media like you were supposed to? You can use that to restore the original OS.

 

You can also install 8.1 from a usb installer and then download and install the Windows 10 (64-bit).

 

The license activation key for the Windows installation should be present on the Microsoft license key activation servers.  As soon as you go online it will self activate.That is Microsoft's new license activation model.

If for some reason you want to see what the OEM product key in the BIOS is, run this utility I zipped up and attached below.
