Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
It was a month ago...When I was watching flash...And as the battery was low...I was charging it as well...Then suddenly sound got lost ...I removed my headphone ... Sound from my speakers was gone too...!!...I knew I screwd up...And I tried to recover it..But I lost my touchpad featured too...!!..At this point all problems stacked up like...(and yeah I tried formatting and reinstalling Windows..)..problem still persist...

1. No sound..(from speaker and audio jack..)
2. Touchpad behaves abnormally..(no shortcuts working yeah no zoom or scroll !!)...

Plz help...It's exam time ... I don't have enough money to go to repair shop and repair it..😑

Any help would be much appreciated..😇

I understand that you are not getting any audio and having touchpad issues. Happy to help.

Kudos to you for trying to reinstall the OS and check.

Have you run a system test on the computer?

Have you tested the speakers and touchpad in the diagnostics?

May I know product number of your computer?
