Please, help!
When I open my laptop, it just shows a blank screen with the mouse arrow...
I need help please!

Thank you Huffer.
It is HP pasvillon TouchSmart 11 notebook PC.
Nothing happens when I touch F2 or F10.
I do not know the windows version.

And we need the model number and Windows version. Can you get into the BIOS by tapping either F2 or F10 as you power up? If so find the hard drive self-test and run it.
