Hello, 

 

Yesterday I did a recovery on my laptop, en now when I want to start up de laptop it keeps hanging by the HP Logo. Is there anyone who can help me to fix the problem.

Hi,


What is your laptop?

Full model name, product number?

Tap away F2 or ESC key as soon as you power on laptop, go into System Diagnostics - perform extensive hard drive and and memory tests.

Report back with results and other details I sought here.
