When i load my computer after 1-2 minutes it just switches off

Hello,

 


Try this procedure:
Unplug the PC and open it up. Clean out all the dust. Carefully remove and replace all the cables going to the motherboard one at a time. Do the same for the memory dimms and the video and sound cards if you have any. You might want to buy a can of compressed air to blow the dust out of the CPU heat sink. Plug your PC back in and give it a go.

I have had the dust cleaned from the fans and new heatsink put one the but it still the same , tried to find a number to phone hp so can send in for full overhall 😕 been trying to get contact number for last week with no luck

Since i bought this computer I have had fan issue which they replace motherboard, then more fan issues . Now i have switch off issues all in the space of 18 months on a £1400  supposed to be super gaming machine  .. no happy at all at the moment
