Hi,
Your laptop came with FreeDos , not Windows OS. Is this not the case?
https://support.hp.com/za-en/product/hp-15-ay000-notebook-pc-series/10862300/document/c05138547
There would not be any pre installed softwares, to be installed in Windows OS.
