Ten days ago, I purchased a HP notebook15-ay057nm, serial number CND6473B9H. The notebook came with a pre installed SSD disk SANDISK SD8SNAT-128G-1006. I seem to be having trouble with Windows 7 SP1 installation. At the very beginning of the installation, the program doesn’t detect the SSD disk. It is asking for the drivers for the existing disk in order to form partitions and format the disk. I looked for the drivers on your website and also contacted HP support in Serbia , but it was all to no avail. I kindly seek your assistance in finding the drivers for the windows 7 disc. They are available on the HP website but only as executive files and cannot be used if the operative system is not operational.
I really appreciate any help you can provide

Hi:
You have to run this tool to put the USB3 drivers into your W7 installation flash drive.
Select the file for the operating system you plan to run the tool on (W7) or (W10/W8.1).

There is a readme link with instructions for how to use the tool.
