I tried to contact you on the 8th .  Re computer bought from China and the cord being so short.  I am having a big problem.  It go from large to small, shakesI can't play muy club pogo GAMES.   i DON'T KNOW IF I SHOULD SEND IT BACK AND IF SO DO I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK TO CHINA? PLease call (removed content) or e-mail me

I don't provide tech support via PM, and that's the response I sent.  I also don't call folks or email them.

 

Regarding the PC, I have no ability here to check or replace any cords, or to say why a long or short cord should make any difference.  We have no way of troubleshooting or diagnosing cord problems from here.


You paid for free HP Tech Support as part of the warranty coverage, so you might as well make use of it.

While this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about troubleshooting and repairing your machine remotely.
