Product: HP envy x360 m6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop was unable to start after it turned off when I was using the recovery manager to set up the factory settings.

 

It is not possible to use the recovery manager again. 

 

Can you please help me to find a solution for this problem?

Welcome to the HP Support forum.

 

 

Please, elaborate :

- the PC does not start at all once you press the power-on button, nothing happens after pressing the button and no light/sound comes

or

- the PC cannot start/load Windows    ?

 

Could you provide the full model and product number as described here > http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108  ?
