Product: Hp8640p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
My computer now needs a startup password to start computer this after a 1 800 number locked my computer until i called them i hung up now i cant get on computer until i pay them 199.99 i refuse to do so as i authorized nothing so now i have computer locked requiring start up password i need my computer for employment please help
