HP Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought a new laptop HP Pavilion from Walmart.  I have had it about 6 -8 months and it keeps shutting off on me when I am using it.  It has AMD Quad-Core A10-870P APU, 17.3 diagonal HD+ display, 8GB system memory, 1TB hard drive  with this on the tag - HP 17-g121wm.

Every time I start using it it shuts off for no apparent reason and I have to tap it to turn it back on and sometimes that doesn't work.  It is not overheating because the laptop does not even feel warm, it has plenty of air space around it.  Help I need this to stop as I can't use it this way.  Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong with it?

No but you can test all the hardware. Tap F2 as you power up to enter diagnostic mode. Run all the tests and report back please.
