Product: notebook 15
The operating system got deleted from my notebook. I received the media recovery flash drive but don't know how to install it. Can someone help?

Hi:

 

This is normally how it works...

 

If your notebook has any USB 2 ports, put the recovery flash drive in a USB 2 port.

 

Turn on the PC, and tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu, and select the USB flash drive from the list, and hit the enter key.

 

Then watch the screen for further instructions.
