HP gaming laptop from 2020. 

I am locked out of advanced bios by HP because it's a consumer laptop. I want to access the advanced bios if possible but if not, how can I adjust the duration of the backlit keys. In the old bios you could change it to always on or 5 minutes. Mine is stuck at 15 seconds or so. Please assist. I would prefer to be able to unlock the advanced bios. Thank you.
