Product: Pavilion x360 13 touch laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I just bought the new laptop, and the audio doesn't work, and everything is super slow. All the apps all the programs. I bought this in the US online - assembled
And am usin it for the first time in Italy. It was bought less than 2 weeks ago, only opened two days ago.
What should I do?

Hi,
Can you boot the computer to safemode check if there are changes in the performance?
How to boot to safemode in Windows 10
1. Restart your PC. When you get to the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down while you select Power
> Restart.
2. After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
3. After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 4 or F4 to start your PC in Safe Mode. Or if you'll need to use the Internet, select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.
