I bought 2 laptops yesterday and I would like to reset mine back to the original state it was in when I took it out of the box today and start over from the beginning. I did the Windows 10 updates as it offered and I don't think it installed everything. My wife skipped this part and I didn't skip it. Hers came up with the installation instructions for the HP Orbit app, (which she loves) but mine did not. I think I have a different Store and am missing other new things. Hers said See What's New and it had the HP Orbit icon in the taskbar. She just followed the prompts and hers is great. Mine did not have the ' See What's New ' and no Orbit icon and the app was not in the Store. And it wasn't on my computer at all after doing a search of the PC for it. So, I would like to go back to the beginning and start over as if I just received it without all the 'Welcome' dialog and all. Can you tell me step by step how to do this so I can just follow the prompts and hopefully get it right like hers. I really don't know what, if anything, that I did wrong. Please help. There was no user manual in either of our boxes. Please help asap. I don't know what to do.

THANK YOU. WILL THIS START THE COMPUTER JUST LIKE IT WAS WHEN I TURNED IT ON? I'M LOOKING FOR THE HP ORBIT APP TO BE THERE FOR INSTALLATION. I SAW SOMEWHERE THAT IT HAD TO COME PRE-INSTALLED ON THE COMPUTER TO BE ALLOWED TO USE IT. I HOPE IT IS STILL HERE. ANY ADVISE OR SUGGESTIONS??? THANKS AGAIN.

If HP Orbit missing is the only issue you may be able to reinstall it using HP Recovery Manager.
