HP Envy 15 - AE101NX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

I have bought my new laptop HP Envy AE101NX yesterday (25-May-2016).

However, when I open HP support center application and recovery applications, where we see the warranty period information it is showing incorrect information.

The store supervisor informed me that it is in 2 years warranty period.

The information being showin in these apps is 6 Months and that too

Start Date : XX/08/2015

End Date :    XX/02/2016.

This Feb-2016 is already passed.

I could not understand how come the warranty is already expired, even though it is for 6 months for some reasons.

Can anyone please advise on how to get this fixed?

Thanks

Vamshi
