Hi! I have an old HP Pavilion g6-2183er with originally no UEFI mode in factory BIOS. Newest BIOS "F.27 Rev.A" has an UEFI option, Secure Boot, etc. but when they're turned on, boot menu has no option for booting USB-HDD with Win10 x64 Creators Update installer (FAT32, MBR and GPT, written with UltraISO and Rufus). All my other devices with UEFI are fine with that. Legacy mode is fine too. Is it possible to install OS with UEFI mode, or it's just an option in new BIOS that don't working?
Sorry for my English.

Hey there! @SEsternO,
I understand you are unable to boot from external HDD using UEFI mode on your PC.
Don't worry I will try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?
What is the size of external hard drive are you using to boot from?
Is the USB external hard drive a bootable drive?
Determine if the computer hard drive is GPT or MBR formatted.
If your computer is MBR formatted, you must perform a clean install if you want to convert the drive to GPT.
Refer this article to know more information about installing windows 10.
Let me know if this helps!
Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂
