Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
I read your post about no bootable device and wanted to help -- but need more information.
First of all, we need the detailed product number of your PC: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0001
Second, I see you're running Win10. Did the PC come preinstalled with Win10? Or, did you upgrade it from a prior OS to Win10?
We can proceed once you provide the information.
Thanks

To find the product number, you have to click on the link I provided. It has videos and instructions for finding the various labels that would include the product number.
You said you "just installed Win10" -- but was the PC working OK after that, or did it fail immediately after that?
We can proceed when you provide the information.
Thanks

Recarding "NO BOOTABLE DEVICE INSERT DISK THEN PRESS ANY KEYS" you need to enter the BIOS settings by pressing F2 and then load the default settings which will help then save and exit and restart. Make sure you have removed all usb storage devices as well when booting up because this can cause it sometimes as well. Hope this helps please also vote for best answer thanks.
