No drivers for OS that shipped with laptop

When attempting to make a backup, i get "Unspecified Error 0x8000408" which equates to OS and or activation corruption.  I was going to do a "reset" on the brand new laptop, but the website for Software and Drivers for this model says there are no drivers for the OS listed (windows 20 is the only option).

Where can I find the drivers for this model? 

I have ordered the Restore disk set, but apparently is ts being deliverd by snails. 

I was hoping to download drivers and have them available when I do the Reset option. 

Anyone know whee the drivers are located?

Windows 10 64 bit is the only OS for which drivers are supplied and here is that link:

So what OS do you need drivers for?

The specs show the laptop is delivered with Windows 10 Home 64 bit so these are the drivers.
