Good morning, everybody.
How are you all? I hope you are all good.
This is Renato Bonini typing. I´m from Brazil, São Pedro da Aldeia city, Rio de Janeiro state.
I`d like to inform you all that I`ve obtained a HP Notebook - Model: 15- ba009dx in USA. So, after one month in use I tried to start it at my house, I realized that it isn´t working well. It presented the label of HP company and the following message: preparing automatic repair in the initial page only. Indeed, let me know what I can do in order to solve this problem like you lead me for some authorized workshop in my country or next to, for instance. For additional information, this product is in warranty. it was brought in 2017/03/10. It serial number is [Personal Information Removed]/product:X7T78UA.
Thank you all in advantage.
Best regards.

Please tap away F2 key as soon as you power on laptop, perform extensive hard drive and memory tests. Let it finish
Let me know the results
If all the tests passed, do repair install of Windows 10: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html
Have you created HP Recovery USB using HP Recovery Manager after first setup of this notebook?
