HP Notebook X0H85UA#ABA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my notebook since December of last year and have noticed that it has become quite slow with loading just about everything, especially at start up.  I have had HP reps to "take over" computer to try to resolve issue. I have scanned computer for malware and viruses.  Nothing is ever found once scanned is completed.  Should I to to a computer repair or should I add extra memory?  I'm at wits end, any/all advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's an i3 with 8 gigs of RAM so the specifications are not the problem. It does use a slow 5400 rpm mechanical hard drive but it should not be that slow. Have you gone into diagnostics (F2 as you power up) and checked the hard drive and memory for problems? The leading reason a computer will slow down like that is a hard drive that is bad or even too full.

Will try this and let you know what the outcome is.  Thanks for your speddy reply.

Good Evening, I did run the following tests: System Extensive Test : PASSED, System Quick Test PASSED, System Fast test PASSED. Do you have any more suggestions that may help with this issue?  I did check the following information but didn't know its importance, interpretation or its significance; Optical Drive, Hard Drive, and Memory.
