Product Name: HP E15 023NVY
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I made a system recovery back-up on a flash drive because my hard drive was damaged and was on the course to crashing. I followed the HP support on my laptop to create the system revoery. I used the laptop until the harddrive needed to be replaced. Now that I have my new harddrive, everytime I try to instal the operating system I get the message
"Restoration Incomplete, the restoration did not complete. Please select one of the following buttons"
under the details it stated: Detect some error during PININST_BBV.
Critical error condition was detected at BBV1...

"....because my hard drive was damaged and was on the course to crashing...."
How did you understand that hard drive was going to crash?
HP Recovery media created from a failing hard drive or even slightly corrupted drive/recovery partition, WILL NOT successfully work in performing recovery process
HP Recovery USB has to be created just after first setup of newly purchased notebook ideally, because we're sure that recovery partition is very much intact and hard drive is brand new without any bad sectors or fail in a new laptop.
