Example: CQ 47
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

So its my old notebook but i still want to access it since i have lots of data there. I had to reinstall operating due to some reason i cant remember. It was last year. It went on installing the OS over and over again even after installation is completed. I tried ejecting the pen drive and  DVD after the installation is completed but notebook wont run as if there is no operating system. At last C drive was full and there was no space left to install new operating system. I had to formate C drive and bring it down to 0 MB. Now i installed windows 7 again. Luckily windows wont keep reinstalling over and over again this time but windows wont run either. My notbook is acting like there is no operating system or im guessing notebook cant detect operating system. Any help will be appreciated. Thank yuo all.

Hi,

Tap away F2 key as you power on laptop. Do extensive hard drive and memory test. Let it finish.

Have you backed up all your personal data from this drive already?

Yes.. windows keep reinstalling itself automaticall. It's sort of common problem people face. But eventhough its common i can't really find a solution for it. I'm trying every possible way to figure it out though and i'll be glad to get some help from you guys.

ok i have been supporting computers for many years and have never met problem like reinstalling windows intself. I would not say its common problem as if jus a few people has it from milions who doesnt. Its hard to help you over forum as problem is very mystic seems like you have or corrupted intallation media , or problems with boot device confoguration as then you install win 7 at some points it restarts and keeps finishing your intallation and it has no need for installation media anymore but if you pc is set up in bios to start from cdrom or usb stick so then yes then windoes restart it starts loading windows files again for intallation . But again before files are run form dc drive or usb you have a messge on the scree press any key to strt form dc drive and if you do  not press any key after a few seconds system shoul load windows from hard drive. I really would like to get your pc in hadns and to inspect it.
