HI, I am  getting failed to install PCI communication device for HP 15-r107nx notebook and also unable to hibernate or sleep the system. I am using windows 7 64-bit.  

 

I installed other drivers downloaded from HP site.

please recommend if you think I should be using windows 8 instead.

HP Recommended

Installing the following IMEI (Intel Management  Engine Interface) driver should take care of the issue.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp69501-70000/sp69592.exe
