Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I updated my Bios on laptop and now when I try to log onto laptop, it tells me password is incorrect. I know it is the correct password.

When asked for the password, just hit enter 3 times.

Post any code you receive.

Tried what you recommended and it did not work. Just kept saying wrong password. Any other ideas?

So after 3  wrong passwords you did not receive any code???

Does it ask for a User Name???

No. It did not display code. It did not ask for username. Just to be clear, this is the initial logon just to get on the laptop. It shows my name and then I put in pin. It's this logon that is not working. Thanks so much for your help. Outside of throwing it out a window and buying a Mac, please let me know if you have any other recommendations.
