Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So last night, my computer was fine.  Go to bed, wake up, and the computer works fine for a few minutes, and as I'm saving a word document it hangs up for a few minutes.  So I restart the computer after it sits there like that for a while, and it does the same thing again, only more immediately.  So about five or six times I restart and each time it hangs up on me the instant I click on anything.  I can still move the mouse around, but nothing else responds.  Can't click on anything, can't open anything, won't do anything.  The computer has been banged around (not very hard) in the entirety I've had it.  I'm just wondering, is it damaged?  Can I fix this at all?  I'm not sure of the product info, all I have is my product key on the back, but the labels are a bit faded and I can't find the info.  Thanks for any help.

Do extensive system testing from BIOS/UEFI by tapping F2 key as soon as you power on laptop.

Do you have Recovery media created after first setup of this notebook?

You can find full model name using this:
