Pavilion All-In-None 23-q113w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this pc brand new and day one I'm already having problems. When I try to add new software or remove software when the computer tells me to restart the computer. After the so called restart I get a blue screen saying this computer did not restart correctly. When I go through the steps on the blue screen it does the same thing and says computer did not restart correctly again. I don't know what else to do. At this point I'm going to take the pc back to the store and ask for a refund.

Hey there! @aletter2elise,

I understand after restarting your PC the PC boots into a blue screen.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your laptop?

Before you get your PC replaced, try few steps recommended below.

Try performing a hard reset on your PC and check if it helps.

Turn off the computer.
Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.
Disconnect all external connected peripheral devices such as USB storage devices, external displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.
Remove the battery from the battery compartment.
Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds to drain any residual electrical charge from the capacitors that protect the memory.
Insert the battery, and plug the AC adapter back into the notebook. Do not connect any peripheral devices.
Press the Power button to turn on the computer.
If a startup menu opens, use the arrow keys to select Start Windows Normally, then press the Enter key.

Refer this article to further troubleshoot blue screen issues.

I'll watch your reply!

Have a beautiful day ahead! 🙂
