Bonjour, j ai reçu hier mon portable, j ai fait tout ce qui étais demander, tout allait bien, j ai installé mon anti verus , proposez par bestbuy lors de l achat en ligne, et tout d un coup, je ne peux plus rien faire, il gèle, je l éteint et redémarre, il ouvre , j entre mon **bleep**. J arrive sur l écran de fond, il cherche constamment quelle chose , ou sois ma barre a outil en bas de l écran vient noir, impossible de peser sur quoi que ce soit , il gèle.
