Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get a ''system disabled'' message

code 65794096, this being  an issue with the ''power on password'' I forgot (?%$#!).

 

 

 

Is there a forced password I can use to bypass this issue?

My laptop is an  HP Pavillon 17.3'' screen A-10
