Purchased used HP Probook 4540s, Desktop opens, shows Windows 7 Enterprise but has update sticker on back "Pro Windows 8", has 3 users logins XXX-Admin, XXX-Lab Tech, XXX-User Admin, no passwords. No OS or recovery disks. I Can access BIOS settings on startup by hitting ESC. Anyone have a solution to disable logins or reset so I can bypass then delete users.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer is to order a recovery disk set from HP, and reinstall W8 (since that is the OS HP shipped the PC with).
Or you can see if they have a set of W7 Pro recovery disks if you prefer.
If you live in the USA/Canada, call this number... 1-800-334-5144
Have the serial # of the PC handy to give to the customer services rep.
A set should cost around $10 delivered via 1st class mail.
