Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, my hp use to not have a HP_TOOLS Partition untill now, so can i copy the files in that partition and paste it to a flash drive and delete the partition that i copyed from or is it needed to boot windows?

The HP_TOOLS partition plays no part in the booting -- but if you remove it, then pressing the function keys to run HP utilities might not work anymore.
