What DOES "WHAN I TRY TO RIPRISTINATE THE OS " mean?
Can you post the fail log here in your thread?
What is the exact error message that you see onscreen?

That can mean that the hard disk is failing. Can you run a diagnostic on the hard disk?

Unfortunately, Recovery media is not a downloadable product. Try ordering it from the following website of an HP Partner.
http://www.best2serve.com/page/rcd_landing
You can select the language in the upper right section of the web page. Is your OS language Italian?

The product number for your notebook is VV855EA.
Unfortunately Best2Serve does not sell the recovery media.
Unfortunately, I do not know of another source.:smileysad:
You can purchase an operating system license to install the desired operating system in Italy online or from a computer store.
