Whats next , I did the recovery and NOW i HAVE the exact same thing doing quick test now but what next ? this is where im at after doing my recovery disk, and after I had tried my restore discs failed to work along with the repair disc did not work. its gone from bad to worse now I stuck with no running computer Product ID  E8A11UAR#ABA , Envy TS 17Notebook Pc

there might be unexpected reboot during BBV Clean or Last...
The process will cause CTO panic because the image might not be normal...
