Hi:
You need these drivers...
Base System Device
The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe
HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor
This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard Software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard Software protects the hard drive by parking the heads if the notebook is accidentally dropped, or is abruptly impacted by another object.

Thank you for quick response!! 🙂
- Base System Device fixed
- HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor still not working properly. Below the message in Properties window:
"The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. Contact the hardware vendor for a new driver. (Code 48)
Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available."

You're very welcome.
You shouldn't be getting that message with W7.
I know that everyone with that hardware version of the 3D driveguard is getting that error on W10, and there is no fix that I know of at this time.
I suggest you report the bug to Microsoft.

Yes, then that is the problem.
No fix for that at the present time.
Report the bug to Microsoft using the feedback tool.
Hopefully enough folks will do that and Microsoft will send out an update to fix that issue.
