Hi, I thought I copied my recovery part on my external hard drive but I cannot find it. Do you have any idea what the name was or how I can find it? If I cannot find it, can HP service give it back to me or can I make a recovery part from working O.S?

I understand that you are unable to create the recovery media for your computer operating system.

 

In this case, you may need to contact HP phone support for further assistance regarding purchase of the recovery media if available at the link: www.hp.com/contacthp

Sorry for late but it seems that now I have lost my recovery part. As I said before I cannot find it where it is on my external drives. I do not know what is the name of recovery part? Can hp make me have recovery part via internet?
