Product: HP Pavilion dv7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista
I have factory reset my laptop. It booted up finally, after roughly 45 minutes, and showed the software installation page. This was my problem. It made advancements for a moment, then just before it was halfway done stopped as if it needed internet. I connected it via hard wire and still nothing.
Please help

Note; I have now run the factory reset once more. I ran the tests for the hard drive and the system memory tests. All were passed.
