Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to log on (no admin account has been set up yet), my device doesn’t have an operating system and doesn’t  install windows? It says there is an issue with the operating system but I can’t log on to get rid of any of my issues because there is no admin account

the boot configuration settings are missing or contain errors

Please try the following way to reinstall Windows 10

 

1. Create boot-able USB drive from the following link (on a different computer from friend or relatives)

          https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

2. Plug USB drive to your machine and turn on machine

 

                     If you wish to keep users files/data you have to tick the option

 

3. Run few Windows updates (not in one go).
