So I ordered a laptop from Ebay and I mistaknely didn't look at the product number and got the wrong model (Spectre x360 w0xx model) . So I contacted the seller and asked for a replacement they said okay, so I mail them back and they sent me a new one (Spectre x360 ac0xx model) however, I was not informed that this laptop would be a refurbished laptop.
I know it's refurbished as the product number as a R before the # meaning it is refurbished. My question is am I elligible for some of my money back because orignally I had paid for a new one or not? and if so, how much is the price reduction on a refurbished laptop specifically the spectre x360 ac0xx series. Also the ac0xx that just arrived didn't come with a pen.
Please help me.
