ed a pop up on my Chromebook model 14 ak013dx that my system might be infected with.an ad ware or spy ware virus

I received a pop up on my chromebook model 14 akO13dx that my system might be infected with an ad ware or spy ware virus. They gave me a tech support office phone number to call immediately but it looked suspicious. I cannot remove this error report or stop the vocal message about this. It continues each time I open the laptop. I cannot get out of this message.  Can you help me??

Suggest you to run a reset/Power Wash.

Wish you luck,
