HP 15-f305dx that came with Win 10. HD failed and has been replaced. I don't have any reinstall media for Win 10 nor a recovery drive. How can I make a flash drive to reload Win 10 on this machine and restore it factory like condition?

You can get a restore disk from HP for a nominal shipping charge. It can be ordered on the driver download page for your model. Or, for no money you can go to the Microsoft Media Creation Tool site and download Windows 10 and choose to have the downloaded .iso file create a bootable thumb drive. That will reinstall basic Windows 10. Specific drivers can be downloaded from this site and some of the apps are also available for download.
