HP Notebook 15ay075nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Community Members,

1) I recently purchased a brand new Windows 10 HP Notebook 15ay075nr. I am just realising that I need to make a Restore Image Disc.

- Will "Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex 500 GB USB 3.0 Ultra-Portable External Hard Drive STAA500105" have enough space to hold the system image?

- Is there a DVD Recovery Disc I can purchase on Amazon.com because my country does not sell these types of disc and HP does not accept my Zip Code that is outside of the USA.

2) My HP Notebook PC is under 1 year warranty. Can you provides steps so that I can contact HP to "use remote assistance on my PC?"

Unfortunately Windows 10 has offered me many new challenges outside of Windows 7 that I believe to be an excellent software program.

.

Thank you.

You can use the HP recovery manger program on your computer to create a recovery DVD or USB (thumb drive only, will not work with any device that is recognised as a HDD), with regards to the system image, in short, yes, a 500GB drive will have more than enough space. As far as contacting HP for remote support, there are international contact details available at support.hp.com but they will generally only assist in the case of something not working, for support with how to do something on your computer you will need to use either this forum or their smartfriend service
