Hi, Nasir:

Download and install the Intel chipset installation utility and restart the PC.

The 2nd driver down on the left is the auto install file.

Please, help!

Win7 64bit sp1, 15-ac101ur clean install. Installed chipset driver from hp support, installed thermal framework, still has PCI data acquisition and signal processing controller has no driver visible in device manager. Tried to let it search by itself via Update Driver and selecting respective folders in Program FIles, but still no luck... what the hell...

Hi:

See if this version works...

This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework firmware. Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework provide system temperature and power utilization information for the system thermal protection to function properly. This package is provided for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Now, if that is the only device needing a driver and you do not have an unknown device along with it with a hardware ID of ACPI/INT3400, then see if installing this chipset driver resolves the problem.

This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver for supported notebook models and operating systems. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager.
