Pavilion Convertible

Set up for new brand new Pavilion Convertible just frozen - not happening. Any ideas what to do?

 

The stage we got to was 'Installing a few things' after doing Account set up of Microsoft and user Account.

 

Screen frozen. No idea what to do next. Has been like that for 2 hours.

 

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

 

I reviewed your post and I understand that the PC is stuck on the setup screen.

 

Don’t worry, we will work together to resolve this issue and It’s a pleasure to assist you in this regard.

 

I recommend you to press and hold the power button until the computer goes off and then start the computer again and check whether the setup resumes.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend you perform a recovery on the computer to put it back to factory settings.

 

Follow the steps in the below article to perform recovery.
