Please, ready it and try the suggestions.

If you followed everything and nothing helped, you will need to have your PC serviced and repaired. Is the PC new and under warranty period ?

The suggested settings by hp does not help in solving the heating issue.

Does HP provides an international waranty?

If yes, can it be availed in south Korea?

HP does provide support for Korean users (users in Korea) and you need to reach to HP Support for Korea to ask this questions - no idea if your warranty covers support in Korea. Contact options >> https://support.hp.com/kr-ko/contact-hp
