My hp envy notebook....nearly 1 year old is facing many issues
1) first of all its simplepass is not coming as log in option when i switch on my notebook.i have already enrolled my finger.
actually it used to work before i reseted my windows after my window 10 black screen error took away all my files nearly 2 months before...after that every thing changed...i also updated the software but after update every time it starts from get started option
2) its cd drive rack is not coming out on pressing the button at once..i can feel the vibration but it does not come out
3)i bought it for gaming games like pes 16 wwe2k16... they used to run smooth but now they start to run very slow after 3 or 4 minutes of playing....
I HOPE I WILL GET A SOLUTION...IM VERY TENSED RIGHT NOW

I have read your post and wanted to help. I understand that you have issues with the fingerprint reader, CD drive, and gaming performance.
For the simple pass issue, please reinstall the fingerprint sensor driver and the SimplePass software:
Validity Fingerprint Sensor Driver
Version 4.5.289.0 Rev.A
HP SimplePass Identity Protection Software
Version 8.01.46 Rev.A
For the CD tray does not come out issue, please review this document:
HP Notebook PCs - Opening a Stuck CD or DVD Drive Tray (Windows 10)
And follow the document below to troubleshoot the slow performance issue:
HP PCs - Computer Is Slow (Windows 10)
